- Fair usage requirement: To be eligible for a refund, your credit usage for the current billing period must be under 10% of your Plan's monthly credit allowance. Accounts exceeding this usage threshold are not eligible for refunds.
- Yearly subscriptions: If you're on a yearly subscription, eligible users will be refunded 50% of the yearly subscription amount.

- Quick turnaround: On average, it takes 2–5 business days for your refund to be returned to your original payment method.
