Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to syaxis.com and its affiliated services (collectively, "Syaxis," "we," "us," or "our") and governs our data collection, usage, and sharing practices. This policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information, including personal information, in conjunction with your access to and use of the Syaxis platform and services.
By using the syaxis.com website and its services, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this policy.
1.What Data We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our services to you. The types of information we may collect are:
1a.Personal Data
User Data: This includes your prompts, system interactions, and conversations with our AI services, including chat messages, attachments, generated outputs, and related usage context.
Account Data: Information such as your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign in with email and password or a supported provider.
Security Data: Information related to usage logs, IP addresses, browser and device information, and similar technical data for fraud prevention, abuse detection, and security purposes.
Communication Data: Emails and support interactions, including messages you send to us at support@syaxis.com, to provide better customer service.
1b.Payments
All payments are processed through a secure payment processor. Syaxis never stores or has direct access to your full credit card number, CVC, or other sensitive payment details. The processor handles these details on our behalf and provides us with limited information so we can maintain your subscription.
1c.User-Generated Content
When you use the Syaxis platform, we store the content you create and interact with, including:
Chat conversations: Your prompts, messages, and AI-generated responses.
Generated images: Outputs created through AI image models.
Uploaded files and images: Documents and media you upload to the platform.
Custom AI personas: Persona configurations and associated knowledge documents you create.
Saved prompts: Reusable prompts you create or import.
Workspace configurations: Workspace names, logos, custom contexts, and access rules.
Document editor content: Notes and long-form content created in the document editor.
This content is stored to enable platform functionality such as chat history, image library, re-run generation, PDF export, and workspace management.
1d.Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Service, certain information is collected automatically through analytics and tracking technologies, including:
Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including:
- Features used and actions taken;
- Time spent on different parts of the Service;
- Frequency and duration of use;
- Performance metrics and error reports.
Device Information: We collect:
- Device type, operating system, and browser type;
- IP address and approximate location;
- Device identifiers and advertising IDs;
- Network and connection information.
1e.Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the Service and store certain information. Technologies we use may include cookies, local storage, beacons, tags, and scripts to collect information and to improve and analyze the Service, including:
Cookies or browser cookies: Small files placed on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Service may not work properly without them.
Web beacons: Small electronic files (such as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that may be used in parts of the Service or our emails to measure engagement and verify system integrity.
Session cookies: Deleted when you close your browser.
Persistent cookies: Remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.
Essential cookies: Required for authentication, session management, security, and core functionality.
Preference cookies: Remember choices such as theme, language, and login details.
Analytics cookies: Help us understand usage patterns and improve the Service.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working properly. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies.
We do not sell your personal data, and we share it only as described in How We Share Your Information.
1f.Usage
Beyond the categories above, we also collect information about how you interact with the Service. This may include data gathered when you browse without signing in, when we automatically collect usage and analytics information, or when you post content in public areas. The scenarios below describe each case in more detail.
Browsing without providing account details: You may browse the Service without creating an account or directly providing your name, email address, phone number, or other similar details. In such cases, we will collect information that your device and browser automatically share when you visit or use the Service, such as device identifiers, cookie identifiers, IP address, browser type, language, time zone, operating system, referring/exit pages, and usage/activity data ("Usage Data").
If you choose to register, subscribe, submit a request, post reviews or feedback, or otherwise use features that require details, you will provide certain information (and you may no longer be able to use the Service in an anonymous or pseudonymous manner for those features). Wherever practicable, we indicate which fields are mandatory and which are optional. You may choose not to provide optional information; however, you may not be able to use certain services or features that require it.
Usage data, analytics, and internal research: We may automatically collect and analyse Usage Data about how you interact with the Service (for example, pages viewed, clicks, searches, time spent, subscription or usage journey steps, error logs, and performance metrics). We use this to:
- operate and improve the Service and user experience;
- understand usage trends and demand;
- maintain security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot issues;
- measure the effectiveness of content, features, and promotions.
Where feasible, we analyse such information in aggregated form to understand broad patterns. Aggregation reduces the ability to identify individuals, but some Usage Data (such as IP address or cookie identifiers) may still be capable of being linked to a user or device.
User-generated content (reviews, feedback, forums): If you choose to post messages, reviews, comments, feedback, or other content on the Service (including in message boards, chat rooms, public review areas, or similar features), we will collect and store the information you submit.
- Please avoid posting sensitive personal information in public areas.
- Content you post in public areas may be visible to others depending on the feature design.
- We retain such information as reasonably necessary to provide customer support, respond to queries, enforce our Terms of Service, resolve disputes, comply with law, and improve the Service.
2.How We Use Your Data

Even though we strive for 100% security with the measures we put in place, and intend to put in place options to use the most secure technology available, the internet can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so keep your guard up. Our security measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information.
6.International Data Transfers
